Turner & Townsend appoints Nick Radford cost centre leader

Construction consultancy firm taps industry veteran with international experience to lead its Vancouver office.

After four years in the based in Turner & Townsend’s Toronto office, Nick Radford has been named cost centre leader for the company’s Vancouver office. Prior to setting up in Toronto, Radford spent 25 years leading teams across many real estate sectors in the UK, Middle East and Asia.

“Nick’s strong track record and experience working in complex business environments will only strengthen Turner & Townsends’ growing business in Vancouver,” stated Gerard McCabe, the company’s managing director. “The current economic environment, combined with a transition to net-zero, is translating into multiple complex projects, designed to strengthen and expand the city’s infrastructure, improve sustainability, and contribute towards Vancouver’s 2050 climate goals.”

Turner & Townsend has experience delivering projects in infrastructure, natural resources, and real estate from the Vancouver office for over a decade and has provided construction consultancy services for more than 20 years in Canada. The company has offices in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
