Turner & Townsend has hired Julian Bartlett as its head of infrastructure for Canada where he will develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the firm’s Canadian Infrastructure business.

He joins the Canadian operation from the company’s Global Head Office in the United Kingdom. Turner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specializing in program management, project management, cost and commercial management and consulting.

“Canada’s recent infrastructure investments are in the hundreds of billions of dollars. As the country invests in world-class infrastructure, to power the economy and transition towards net zero, we are bringing the best talent from our global business to work on these diverse projects across the country,” said Gerard McCabe, Turner & Townsend’s managing director for Canada. “This appointment is part of our growth strategy to bring a modern vision and fresh approach to how major infrastructure programs are delivered in Canada.
