Snorkel premieres new 2100SJ ‘mega boom’ capable of reaching 216 feet

Aerial lift manufacturer Snorkel went big at this year’s Conexpo-Con/Agg show, premiering its brand new 2100SJ.

The company said the new “mega boom” is the largest self-propelled boom lift in the world. The new model is capable of reaching heights up to 216 feet (65.8 metres) and has a horizontal outreach up to 100 feet (30.4 metres).

Though not yet available, Snorkel took pre-orders for the new lift at the high-profile Las Vegas trade show. It intends to start delivering the new 2100SJ early next year.
