North American construction is still going strong.
World of Concrete 2019 was the annual event’s largest since the 2008 recession dented industry sentiment more than a decade ago. Spread across three full halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center, plus a pair of outdoor lots, the event covered 776,000 sq. ft. of space and included more than 1,500 exhibitors, 259 of which were first-timers.
Attendance also outpaced last year’s count several thousand.
