Unke named president and CEO at Maven

Jesse Unke is the new president and CEO of Maven Consulting Limited. An experienced industry executive and business leader, Unke will succeed co-founder Trevor St Germain, who will continue to act as a member of the board.
An engineering and construction executive with over 20 years of experience, Unke is past-president and board director for the British Columbia Construction Roundtable, and is a notable figure in the industry. Along with extensive experience developing and empowering high-performing teams, he has a history of working to ensure a healthy and safe working environment incorporating an equitable, diverse, inclusive, and trustworthy approach to leadership. He was also recently recognized through the Engineers Canada 30 by 30 EDI Champions for leaders in engineering workplaces program and, in 2020, he was a member of the Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction, as presented by On-Site Magazine and SitePartners.

Unke is a PMI Project and Risk Management Professional (PMP/RMP), a Professional Engineer in Canada (P.Eng.) and the United States (PE), a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and an MMCD Certified Contract Administrator (CCA).
Maven is an engineering and construction consulting firm in the power industry, with a track record of leading engineering, project management and construction projects for power utilities and municipal infrastructure.
