PCL closing in on $10B revenue

With PCL Construction quickly approaching the $10 billion in annual revenue mark, the company announced the evolution of its senior executive management with the unveiling of the Office of the CEO.

Office members include: Paul Douglas (president and CEO), Dave Filipchuk (president and COO, Canadian & Australian operations), Shaun Yancey (president and COO, U.S. operations), Ian Johnston (COO, heavy industrial), Rob Holmberg (COO, buildings), Luis Ventoza (COO, civil infrastructure), Gordon Panas (CFO), and Steve Richards (general counsel).

Country COOs will be responsible for the buildings and civil infrastructure sectors for their geographic areas. Company-wide sector COOs will be responsible for performance in their sectors across all borders. The CFO will add top-level executive management in the areas of finance, business technology, risk management, and property, land, and equipment. The general counsel will provide top-level executive management in the areas of legal, human resources and professional development, and communications. Regional presidents and vice-presidents will continue to look after and support their respective districts.
