McCloskey has reorganized its existing business lines into a new entity named Materials Processing Products Global (MPP Global). The company says the new internal structure is aimed at streamlining its multi-brand operations.

Business unit brands included under MPP Global include Lippmann, McCloskey International, TESAB, McCloskey Environmental, and MWS Equipment. Each brand will continue to remain independent and competitive, preserving their positions within the materials processing market sectors. The global sales and support-focused organizational structure looks to leverage the collective strengths within each business line and allows the group to benefit from the synergies of global processes.

In conjunction with the formation of MPP Global, Kevin Kiesgen has been promoted from vice-president of Lippmann to vice-president of global sales and marketing for MPP Global. Kiesgen will continue to be based at the Lippmann location in Cudahy, Wis.

“For current customers of each brand, there are no changes in the way they interact with their equipment’s dealer or OEM,” said Kiesgen. “The formation of MPP Global is primarily for internal efficiencies.”
