The company has a longstanding practice of acknowledging the leadership, achievement, and commitment of select employees by identifying them along a path of associateship.

“One of the benefits of being an employee-owned firm is that the business is run by the people we work with and see around the office each day,” stated Saverio Parrotta, CEO and president of JLR. “Associates and up-and-coming staff in the associate stream program permeate all layers of our leadership team, from chiefs to managers to practice leads. This produces a culture where everyone is deeply invested in JLR, in building our shared business, in keeping it current, and in safeguarding its future.”
