The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is looking for three high-potential entrepreneurs and innovators to match with industry volunteers to help companies bring viable, useful technologies to the construction marketplace.

Through a CCA-facilitated process, the mentees and mentors in the CONtact Mentorship program will connect for virtual meetings where the industry mentors will provide feedback on the entrepreneur’s product or service solution on value, price, features, distribution, feasibility, or any other element that will improve the likelihood of adoption.

Following those sessions, the three selected companies will have the opportunity to present their solutions to the industry at the association at the CCA’s annual conference through a face-to-face mentorship meeting and also during a special session giving them the chance to network with senior industry executives. This year’s conference is scheduled for March 12 to 15 in the Dominican Republic.

To-date, more than 30 companies have taken part in the program, which has been instrumental in mentoring, fostering and introducing promising new technology to the industry. Applications close on October 16. Application details are available on the CCA website.
