ABBOTSFORD, B.C.—Construction is underway on a $27.5 million project to widen Mt. Lehman Road in Abbotsford, B.C.

Key-West Asphalt, based in Surrey, B.C., was awarded the $12.49 million contract to expand the road, which offers a direct link to the Abbotsford International Airport.

Slated for completion in late 2019, the project will see Mt. Lehman Road between Great Northern Avenue and the Abbotsford Airport widened from two lanes to four.
