I wanted to let you know that On-Site is hosting a virtual event featuring 3 of our previous honourees who, in a live panel format, will discuss the value of mentorship programs and the effect the programs have had on their careers. You’ll also listen in on a second panel discussion featuring firms who use mentorship programs to enhance their staff’s careers.

This is a free event that will last roughly two and a half hours and feature Q&A sessions where we encourage you to weigh in with your thoughts and perhaps, specific examples of how mentoring has helped you or your company.
