Fourth-generation Manitoba contractor Bockstael Construction is looking to Procore Technologies Inc. to streamline its business and take better advantage of data.

After evaluating several options, the 107-year-old company plans to implement Procore’s construction management software enterprise-wide.

“We’ve been eager to implement a solution that would enable us to gather more data to improve our processes and streamline things for our team and the subcontractors, consultants and owners we work with,” said Nick Bockstael, director of Project Delivery at the Winnipeg-based company, in a statement.

“Based on the functionality and benefits Procore offers, we knew it could add value to our organization by simplifying work in the field, and ultimately improving service for our customers,” Bockstael added.

Bockstael is among several high-profile Canadian contractors to sign up with Procore this year. Pomerleau, for instance, partnered with the U.S.-based tech firm this summer.
