Topcon introduces Magnet Inspect software for UAV infrastructure inspection

From Topcon Positioning Group, Magnet Inspect is designed to facilitate data processing workflow for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) infrastructure inspection. The software manages UAV data sets to create inspection reports. It aims to allow operators to visually navigate UAV photos, combining 3D reality meshes with raw georeferenced images and filtering those images based on selected criteria, such as field of view. Images from the inspection can be flagged to indicate whether there are structural issues and annotated with built-in free-hand graphical tools. Data reports can then be created to include a preview image and link to high resolution annotated image.
