Snorkel introduces new compact, rough terrain scissor lifts

The Snorkel S2755RT (pictured) delivers a maximum working height of 32 ft. in. and a platform capacity of 661 lbs. from a chassis that is 4 ft. 9 in. wide. The company now also offers the S2255RT, a smaller version with a maximum working height of 27 ft. 3 in. and a lift capacity of 926 lbs. Both compact rough terrain scissor lifts include a large roll-out deck extension, non-marking tires, automatic self-leveling stabilizers, an oscillating axle and four wheel drive. The models are equipped with a Kubota diesel engine, but are also available with bi-energy power source, which provides the option to run the lift on either the diesel engine, or on 24V battery power. The S2255RT weighs 5,313 lbs. and the S2755RT weighs 6,062 lbs.
