Sage, GCPay deepen partnership to further streamline subcontractor pay process
By On-Site Staff
SoftwareSoftware firms Sage and GCPay are making it easier for contractors to stay up to date with their payments to subcontractors by further integrating their two platforms.
“Managing subcontractor invoicing and payment processes is a source of frustration for many construction firms,” said Dustin Anderson, vice-president of Sage Construction and Real Estate, in a release. “It usually entails back and forth emails or calls to address issues such as incorrect billings, unapproved change orders, missing lien waivers, or expired compliance documents.”
The cloud business management firm said the new partnership will add GCPay to the product portfolio in both Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and Sage 100 Contractor, helping to eliminate many of these pain points.
Among other benefits, the integration will make reports and financials available on demand, allow instant project coordination and validation, and enable automated payable import.
