Jarraff Industries has sold its entire capital stock to Prinoth, making the specialized equipment manufacturer now a part of Prinoth Group.
Prinoth, a snow groomer, tracked vehicle and vegetation management vehicle manufacturer, believes this is a strategic fit for both companies.

Boyum will stay on as a strategic advisor to both companies.
