JLG releases positive air shut off system for its telehandlers

JLG Industries, Inc. has announced the availability of a positive air shut off system for its telehandlers. The system is intended for applications where flammable materials could be drawn into the air intake system. It aims to block the engine air intake system, cutting off the uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running. It also provides emergency overspeed shutdown protection for diesel engines.
