A new 1,350-pound capacity machine will bring Gehl’s lineup of track loaders up to ten separate pieces of equipment.

The company’s RT135, a cab-forward design track loader, will be available across North America.

“The RT135 provides track loader operators with a fully powered machine in a compact design,” said Aaron Haynes, the global product manager for track loaders at Manitou Group, in a release. “Expanding the track loader offering allows Gehl to provide solutions for more applications and more users. Equipped with pilot joystick controls and compact dimensions, the RT135 supplies operators with a highly responsive machine that can access tight jobsites.”

The machine has a total width of 1,448 millimetres (57 inches) and height of 1,930 millimetres (76 inches), but can lift up up to 2,794 millimetres (110 inches). Weighing in at 612 kilograms (1,350 pounds), the company says its easy transportation makes it ideal for the rental industry or construction sites.

The new track loader is outfitted with a 34.3 kilowatt (46.6 horsepower) Yanmar engine.
