Linamar Corporation’s Skyjack division has released XStep, which offers extra reach to maximize productivity in hard-to-access places.
Part of Skyjack’s Accessoryzers line of products, XStep is mounted on the mid-rail of the scissor lift to create an additional 48 cm of working height.
“With customer feedback in mind, we introduced XStep to give operators options to access hard-to-reach places like between HVAC units, piping, and anything in close proximity to the top of ceilings,” says Rafael Bazzarella, product manager at Skyjack.
He says the advantage of XStep over other systems is that it provides a firm, steady and stronger raised platform which can be added or removed at the user’s option.
