Doosan now offering factory-installed Trimble Earthworks on crawler excavators

The Trimble Earthworks Grade Control Platform for Excavators will now be available direct from the factory on new Doosan crawler excavators in Canada and the U.S. The two companies announced the new factory-installed machine control option June 17.

Designed to make the grading process more accurate, faster, simpler, as well as reduce overdigging, the Trimble solution can be used on a huge range of sites.

Doosan will offer a 2D machine control factory-installed option that runs Trimble Earthworks on a 10-inch Android tablet. Customers looking to opt for the 3D version can upgrade through their local Sitech dealer.
