Doosan DL580-5 wheel loader now available in North America after Conexpo debut

Several months after showing off the DL580-5 wheel loader in Las Vegas, Doosan Infracore North America has officially introduced the machine to the Canadian and U.S. markets.
Offering a two-pass fill for 24-ton trucks, the wheel loader is designed to cut cycle times and speed production. Geared mainly toward the mining and aggregate industries, it’s also suited to heavy construction work.
“This wheel loader pairs efficiency and productivity with operator comfort and gives our machine operators the extra capacity they need to move more material, especially for aggregate work,” said Aaron Kleingartner, the product and dealer marketing manager for Doosan, in a release.
The wheel loader has an operating weight just shy of 80,000 pounds, standard electric steering and larger diameter tires for enhanced traction. A rearview camera also comes standard.
