Cat updates C-Series articulated trucks

Cat articulated truck models 730, 730 EJ and 735 have been redesigned with updated operator stations, including controls, transmission-protection features, a hoist-assist system, a traction control system, a stability-assist system and ECO operating mode. 730 and 730 EJ offer automatic retarder control and a hill-start feature. 735 includes a 428 net-hp C13 ACERT engine, CX31 transmission (also on the 730 and 730 EJ) and structural and dimensional modifications. The new 730 and 730 EJ continue to use the Cat C13 ACERT engine, rated at 367 net-hp.
