A new series of compact track loaders from ASV Holdings Inc. combines the company’s focus on high-productivity machines with increasing demands for operator comfort.

The company, now a part of Japan-headquartered Yanmar, introduced the new Max-Series Posi-Track loaders Aug. 18. Four models — the RT-65, VT-70 High Output, RT-75 and RT-75 Heavy-Duty — are included in the initial launch.

“We have always had a focus on manufacturing high-performance machines,” Buck Storlie, ASV product line manager, said in a release. “Now, in addition to offering the highest-performing equipment on the market, we’re leading in operator comfort and experience.

“We know how closely comfort and profits are related,” Storlie added. “More comfort means higher quality work and improved productivity. A comfortable cab can also improve employee retention by keeping the best operators in your equipment.”

The new loaders come with a more spacious operator area, a fully adjustable seat and a seven-inch touchscreen display, among many other features.

For efficient operation, ASV’s Posi-Track rubber track system ensures a smoother ride on all terrain types while maximizing ground contact. When it comes to safety, the new loaders comes with the standard rollover protection (ROPS), reinforced windows and the industry’s first roof escape hatch.
