Speaker videos from On-Site’s virtual summit on diversity, equity and inclusion, Pursuing DEI, are now available for viewing on your schedule.

On April 24, On-Site Magazine, along with HPAC and Electrical Business magazines, hosted the Pursuing DEI virtual summit. The event, which featured a keynote session about unconscious bias from Rubiena Duarte, vice-president of global diversity and inclusion at Procore Technologies, was an exploration of diversity, equity and inclusiveness, helping construction leaders build up their companies to be viewed as employers of choice.

The summit, brought to you by platinum sponsor Procore Technologies, gold sponsor Jacques Cartier + Champlain Bridges, and bronze sponsors Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC), and EMCO Corp., is now available on-demand for viewing at your leisure. Please find below brief descriptions of the sessions, as well as the corresponding videos. And be sure to pick up the next editions of On-Site, HPAC and Electrical Business for coverage of the event.
