NISKU, Alta.—Compact equipment manufacturer Bobcat Co. has added a new authorized dealer just outside Edmonton.
The company said Feb. 7 is has expanded its dealer network to include Bobcat of Nisku in the province’s Leduc County. The new location is part of rental equipment firm Calmont Group.
The new location in Nisku will serve as an authorized dealer for new and used Bobcat equipment. It will also offer service and parts. It’s expected to serve mainly the oil and gas, landscaping, agriculture and construction industries, with clientele coming from South Edmonton, Leduc, Parkland, Wetaskiwin and Ponoka counties.
“Owning a piece of Bobcat equipment will make our customers’ jobs easier. We want them to leave the heavy lifting to our equipment,” Ben Sheehan, marketing manager of Calmont, said in a statement.
The newly-authorized dealer is located at 2712 5 St. in Nisku.
