American Global, one of the largest privately held construction brokers in the U.S., recently became the first US/CAN cross-border broker within the industry, upon the launch of their Canadian operations in late May. Kent Peters, a proven industry leader with extensive experience in the fast-growing P3 space, has been appointed President of American Global Canada. Under Kent’s direction, American Global’s newest international office will soon host another talented team of insurance and surety professionals that will serve clients working locally in Canada and around the globe. The expansion into Canada follows the 2022 opening of American Global’s European office in Rome, adding to their existing UK presence in London.
