Urban Land Institute of Toronto will host a virtual tour of the third and final tower of the Bay Adelaide Centre (BAC) complex in Toronto’s Financial District.
The exclusive event, to be held on Tuesday, August 31 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., will feature members of the project team offering a behind the scenes view of the development. It includes panelists from Brookfield Properties, KPMB Architects, Entuitive and Multiplex Construction Canada Ltd.
The North Tower is 32 storeys with a nine-storey podium, and stands 139 metres above ground. The project is aiming for LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification thanks to sustainable features such as a glazed curtain wall with metal panel envelope system.
