Three contenders for Sheridan College project

Infrastructure Ontario and Sheridan College have shortlisted three development teams to design, build and finance Phase II of the Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus development in Mississauga.

Each team consists of a developer/builder, designer and finance group, and each team will have the opportunity to respond to a request for proposals.

Phase II will see a new facility featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, computer laboratories, a creativity centre, faculty offices, and a gallery space, built on the existing campus.

This will allow the college to offer a wider range of programs and significantly increase enrolment – up to 3,200 more full-time students for a total of 5,500 – at that campus.
