SNC Lavalin recently announced its acquisition of Harder Associates Engineering Consulting, an engineering consulting firm located in Fort St. John, B.C.
Representatives for SNC Lavalin stated that the purchase would reinforce its geo-technical and geo-environmental expertise.
Harder Associates offers consulting services for a variety of engineering fields, including construction, upstream oil and gas, environmental and geotechnical.
The B.C.-based company was founded in 2003 and currently employs 16 permanent staff who work out of offices in Fort St. John, Fort Nelson, B.C. and Grande Prairie, Alta.
