Ladies and gentlemen, no more bids.

Infrastructure Ontario recently announced that the requests for proposals
stage for short-listed building teams to submit bids to design, build and finance a high-performance aquatics and athletics facility for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games is officially closed.

The facility will be built on the University of Toronto’s Scarborough campus, and will hold the Pan American Aquatics Centre (PAAC), field house and the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO).

The City of Toronto and the University of Toronto will have joint ownership of the facility. After the Games are completed it will be used as a venue for university sports and community recreation activities.
