RFP issued to three companies for Humber College project

Infrastructure Ontario sent out a request for proposals (RFP) to Integrated Team Solutions, PCL Contractors Canada Inc. and SNC Lavalin Capital for the design, build and finance of the Learning Resource Commons for Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning’s North Campus in Etobicoke, Ont.

The Learning Resource Commons will be an academic support and student services facility, designed to accommodate 2,200 students and will also serve as the campus’ new main entrance.

The building’s features include: an expanded library, study space, enhanced student services and a student gallery and showcase space.

The three companies that pre-qualified for the project’s construction are:
