Raises all around as Brown and Caldwell celebrates 75th

Brown and Caldwell, a full-service environmental engineering and construction firm with 52 offices across North America and the Pacific, including in Canada, recently announced a pay increase for its 1,800 employee-owners as a reward for sustained financial performance, and to mark its 75^th anniversary.

The company is providing its workforce with a five percent base salary increase for all employees as it celebrates its 75th.

Since being founded in 1947, the environmental engineering and construction firm has maintained a strong commitment to having a positive impact on the communities and clients they serve, as well as to their people, investing in talent engagement and development.
