Brown and Caldwell, a full-service environmental engineering and construction firm with 52 offices across North America and the Pacific, including in Canada, recently announced a pay increase for its 1,800 employee-owners as a reward for sustained financial performance, and to mark its 75th anniversary.

The company is providing its workforce with a five percent base salary increase for all employees as it celebrates its 75th.

Since being founded in 1947, the environmental engineering and construction firm has maintained a strong commitment to having a positive impact on the communities and clients they serve, as well as to their people, investing in talent engagement and development.

“What sets us apart is our flexibility to decide how we reinvest in ourselves and continue to make Brown and Caldwell the place where the brightest minds choose to work, and stay,” said Bob Chapman, chief people officer. “We are excited to share our success as we celebrate our 75th year.”
