The project is expected to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification for design excellence and sustainability. Led by CannonDesign Ltd., the planning, design and compliance (PDC) team will establish the guidelines and performance requirements that the successful building team must meet when preparing its designs.
