PCL earns LinkedIn recognition

PCL is number 23 on the 2022 LinkedIn Top Companies List in Canada. The list recognizes workplaces where professionals have the ability to grow their careers and is based on the company’s engaging, inclusive culture, an abundance of career opportunities and its dedication to making a difference in the communities where its people live and work.

PCL’s inclusion on the list also speaks to its high employee engagement and retention, since companies with attrition of more than 10 per cent are ineligible. Companies with layoffs amounting to more than 10 per cent of their workforce during the methodology time period are also ineligible for inclusion on the list.
PCL is a group of independent construction companies that carries out work across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean and in Australia. With diverse operations in the civil infrastructure, heavy industrial, and buildings markets, together the companies have an annual construction volume of more than $8 billion.
