New director of Vicwest Inc. appointed

Neil Manning has been appointed the new director of Vicwest Inc.
The Oakville, Ont.-based building construction product manufacturer announced the decision on June 1, 2012.

Manning has 40 years of leadership experience in serving infrastructure, construction and gas markets and was the president and CEO of the Wajax Corporation for 10 years. He has held various positions at the Strongco Corporation from 1990 to 1999, including president of the Strongco Supplies Division.

Manning also serves on the University of Alberta School of Business Advisory Committee as well as other Canadian and international business executives.
