The Kaneff Group of Companies has started construction on two more additions to Mississauga, Ont.’s growing skyline.
The Toronto-area developer and builder broke ground last week on a pair of new towers at roughly Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe Road, in the increasingly high-rise filled area around the Square One Shopping Centre.
Connected by a podium, the two new towers will top out at 20 and 23 storeys. The residential project will include 406 units of one- to three-bedroom suites.
Kaneff did not share the cost of the project, but said construction is expected to take about three years. First occupancies are planned for 2023.
