JLR announces pair of leadership appointments

J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR), a firm offering engineering, architecture, planning, and project management services, has appointed a pair of internal candidates to leadership positions.

Karla Ferrey is now manager of planning and development in the company’s Ottawa Civil/Planning department. An associate and senior civil engineer, she joined JLR 15 years ago and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the group.

JLR also announced the appointment of Rikki-Lynn Dubien to manager of its North Bay office, after her recent move back to her hometown. She brings a unique cross-sectional view of JLR to her new role, having worked in both Ottawa and North Bay offices with multiple disciplines.
