International Road Dynamics hires new CFO and VP of finance

Edward Mahood has been named the new chief financial officer (CFO) and vice-president of finance for International Road Dynamics Inc. (IRD).

The Saskatoon, Sask.-based, highway traffic management technology company made the announcement on May 8. Mahood will start his new role with the company on May 28, 2012.

Before joining IRD, Mahood held the positions of CFO with the Vicwest Corporation and executive vice-president, CFO and treasurer with the Linamar Corporation.
