Graham Group CEO Bill Flaig to retire in July 2012

Graham Group Ltd. has announced that its president and CEO Bill Flaig will retire this coming July.

Flaig has been with Graham Group for 32 years and began his career with the company as a project manager. He was named the president and CEO of Graham Group in 2008.

Grant Beck was elected the new president and CEO by the company’s board of trustees. He will take over the position in July 2012. Beck is currently the vice-president of major commercial at Graham Group and has held the position since 2008. He has been with the company since 1990.

The announcement was made by Ron Graham, chairman of the board of trustees for Graham Income Trust.

Flaig stated he plans to spend his retirement focusing on his family life, mainly spending time with his wife and daughters.
