Govan Brown opens new office catering to clients in Kitchener and Waterloo, Ont.

Construction management firm Govan Brown has officially cut the ribbon at a new office in Kitchener, Ont.

The location is the Toronto-headquartered company’s sixth and will cater to local clients as well as those throughout southern Ontario.

“While we have been working with clients in the Kitchener/Waterloo area for years, we really wanted to have a permanent home here to even better serve our clients on projects of all types and sizes,” Joseph Kirk, the company’s president, said in a release. “We’re also able to leverage our wider network of resources if needed, which we think is a win-win scenario for our clients, our subcontractors, and our project teams.”

Govan Brown, which focuses mainly on interior construction and renovation work, said it has already started on several interior fit-out projects in the Kitchener area since setting up shop in the region.
