Altree Developments and EllisDon Developments recently celebrated the topping off of real estate development venture, Thirty Six Zorra.
The strategic partnership between Altree Developments and EllisDon Developments in Toronto’s west end has reached a new milestone with the topping off of the two companies’ first real estate development venture together: Thirty Six Zorra. The condominium project is the first real estate development for EllisDon Developments, and the first high-rise development for Altree.
“The topping off of Thirty Six Zorra is an exciting milestone for Altree and EllisDon Developments,” stated Zev Mandelbaum, president and CEO of Altree Development. “Together, we have elevated our strengths in construction and design to bring forward a project that offers top-of-the-line amenities and an unparalleled community experience to The Queensway.”
The construction of the 35-storey residential tower is in an area experiencing a revitalization, with the neighbourhood renewal seeing new restaurants and local craft breweries enter the Queensway corridor.
“We are so happy to have partnered with Altree Developments to bring our first real estate development to life. The topping-off of Thirty Six Zorra is an important milestone, not only for EllisDon Developments but for the community of Etobicoke,” said Christopher Smith, vice-president of EllisDon Developments. “The Queensway neighbourhood has been undergoing a revitalization, bringing new shops and establishments to fruition. So, it’s been our great pleasure to bring new housing online at such a defining point for this part of Toronto.”
Thirty Six Zorra includes over 9,500 square feet of private amenities and a new public park. It also includes a coworking lounge, full demo kitchen and gym facility, along with an open-air deck on its 7th floor.
The building offers modern condominium suites ranging from 440 to 1,306 sq. ft.
