EllisDon tops off real estate development project

The strategic partnership between Altree Developments and EllisDon Developments in Toronto’s west end has reached a new milestone with the topping off of the two companies’ first real estate development venture together: Thirty Six Zorra. The condominium project is the first real estate development for EllisDon Developments, and the first high-rise development for Altree.

The construction of the 35-storey residential tower is in an area experiencing a revitalization, with the neighbourhood renewal seeing new restaurants and local craft breweries enter the Queensway corridor.

Thirty Six Zorra includes over 9,500 square feet of private amenities and a new public park. It also includes a coworking lounge, full demo kitchen and gym facility, along with an open-air deck on its 7th floor.

The building offers modern condominium suites ranging from 440 to 1,306 sq. ft.
