EllisDon Newfoundland gives Christmas gifts to children’s hospital

EllisDon Newfoundland and its business partners have teamed up to raise more than $20,000 for Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre.

The EllisDon team, along with Santa and his elves, will deliver toys on Dec. 20 to more than 75 children staying at or getting treatment from the hospital.

Amongst the toys purchased are 12 rocking chairs for the nursery, a home theatre projector, four laptops for use in the hospital, and coffee gift cards for each of the nurses on staff that day.

The team will also donate $15,000 to the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.
