A 37-year-old man suffered second-degree burns to his hand and arm after he accidentally cut a live 600-volt power line with a chainsaw at an Ottawa construction site Monday morning.
He is listed in stable condition at a local hospital, the Ottawa Citizen reported. The Ottawa Police and the Ontario Ministry of Labour are investigating.
