HEDLEY, B.C.—A bridge replacement project has started in Hedley, B.C., 29 kilometres west of Keremeos, B.C.

Langley, B.C.-based Dorosh Construction was awarded the $2.3-million contract to replace Hedley Bridge.

The nearly 70-year-old structure will be dismantled, and a new two-lane, 26-metre long bridge will take its place. The project is expected to be complete by fall 2018.
