Innocon acquires three ready mix concrete plants in GTA

Ready mix concrete provider Innocon Inc. has acquired National East Ready Mix Corp. in a move designed to strengthen the company’s ready mix concrete business in the Greater Toronto Area. The acquisition also includes the Bolton Ready Mix Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of National.

Under the terms of the agreement, Innocon has acquired three ready mix concrete plants and forty-five ready mix trucks from National and Bolton. The plants will continue serving their customer bases in Stouffville, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Scarborough, Vaughan, Brampton and Bolton. They will have separate leadership and continue to operate with their current brand names within Innocon.
