Viewpoint Construction Software acquires Maxwell Systems

Construction Skills DevelopmentViewpoint Construction Software has acquired Maxwell Systems, a provider of construction software solutions for contractors, including takeoff and estimating, project management and accounting.
More than 200 Maxwell employees will join Viewpoint and continue to develop and support core Maxwell products. With the acquisition Viewpoint now employs about 700 people and serves more than 8,000 customers worldwide.
Viewpoint will be showcasing both the Maxwell and Viewpoint product lines at ABC’s BizCon from Feb. 11 to 12 in Maui, Hawaii and at CONEXPO from March 4 to 8 in Las Vegas.
Viewpoint will also attend the Maxwell User Conference from April 7 to 9 at the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. to meet and learn more about Maxwell’s customers, as well as to provide them with information about Viewpoint.
