President of NorLand Limited announces retirement

After 45 years of dedicated service to NorLand Limited, including 28 years as President, Dale Bekar is setting his sights on a well-deserved retirement and spending more time with his family.

Dale began his journey with NorLand Limited in 1971 when he and his two brothers purchased Pacific Blasting Co. Ltd. During the next 45 years Dale’s leadership helped NorLand Limited grow to become one of the top 10 revenue generating construction companies in British Columbia.  Dale will continue to help guide NorLand Limited as Vice Chair of its Advisory Board.

Dave Reynolds

Dave Reynolds will now serve as President & CEO of NorLand Limited.  He has been involved with NorLand Limited for over 30 years and originally started as a journeyman heavy duty mechanic.  His wealth of experience with every aspect of NorLand Limited will allow him to lead the company and connect with employees at every level while maintaining an all-inclusive team atmosphere.

Additionally, Tim Doucette will now serve as Executive Vice President.  Tim previously served as CFO for over 14 years and will be responsible for company finances including acquisitions, corporate strategy, partner relations, treasury activities, tax planning and accounting.
