Cecilia Padilla has been named the new president of On Center Software.
Padilla has been with the company since 2008, when she was hired for the role of vice-president. She played a vital role in introducing Digital Production Control patented labor control technology to the industry.
“As we prepare for the economic bounce back in commercial construction, we are confident that Cecilia’s leadership is critical in reaching our goals,” said Leonard Buzz, CEO of On Center Software.
Padilla serves on the company’s executive Vision Team, a think tank for the future of construction automation.
Padilla has 25 years of experience in drywall, light- and heavy-gauge framing, lath and plaster, EIFS, fireproofing-themed facades, and acoustical ceilings.
Before joining On Center Software in 2008, she worked for Marek Brothers Systems in Houston, TX, and Raymond Interior Systems in Las Vegas, Nev., and Orange County, Calif.
On Center Software is based out of Woodlands, TX has been offering software and training to construction company professionals for more than 24 years in over 60 different countries including Canada and the U.S.
