Full construction began earlier this year with Caliber Structures contracted to build this multi-phase project in Burlington.

The LINK and LINK2 is over 90 per cent sold and consist of four main buildings linked by enclosed walkways and includes a mix of condominium suites, lofts and townhouses as well as a dedicated amenity building.

“We are thrilled to report on the substantial construction progress at the LINK Condominiums in Burlington. This is the second of three projects we are partnered on with Adi, the first being Mod’rn where residents are now enjoying their new homes,” said Jawad Rathore, President & CEO of Fortress. “The Burlington real estate market has been steadily one of the strongest in Ontario and we witnessed its strength through the rapid sales experienced in this project.”

The Natura building, located on the South West corner of the community has been topped off and framing has begun on the interior hallways. Window site measurements are complete with installation set to start October 19th. The Terra building on the North East corner of the development is currently formed to the fourth floor, with two floors to go.

Excavation for Link 2 is now complete and the second crane is now on site to begin work on this phase of the development. The Vert, Wellness Center and Solara buildings will start to rise in the coming months with the foundation footing being poured this week.

“When we began planning this project, we knew we had to highlight this stunning site while providing a product that is unique to the area,” stated Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group. “The response from purchasers was tremendous. They gravitated to the design, amenities and sense of community this development provides. We are now working everyday towards welcoming them into their new home.”
