Now entering its tenth year, the competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, who award this designation to fast-growing companies that offer their employees tremendous career opportunities, leading-edge perks, and unmatched benefits.
As is the custom, the Financial Post is honouring this year’s winners in a special newspaper supplement.
Top contenders were reviewed for recruitment and retention policies under the same eight criteria as Canada’s Top 100 Employers, including physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time-off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
